My Services
During therapy, you will meet with me on a one-on-one basis and I will tailor the process to your unique needs. Together, we will establish the goals of your individual therapy, the frequency of our meetings and the guiding principles of our work based on strict confidentiality. I commit to genuine interest in your wellbeing, to engage in an emphatic, positive and non-judgmental way. In return, I ask that you collaborate at your best.
People who would benefit from therapy tend to wait long before seeking for help. This is because of embarrassment or fear of stigma even if mental health issues are common. Do not wait. You can experience an alleviation of symptoms relatively soon while you work on acquiring a different mind-set, an awareness on how your mind functions, the capacity of setting boundaries and making healthy choices.
The language of dreams is made of images, sensations and emotions not linked together in the linear way of thinking that we use when we are awake. Dreams speak through symbols and convey important messages from the unconscious.
A dream paints the unique image of the dreamer’s psyche, with its dynamics and conflicts, in a specific period of their life. The dream appears in a context and the context matters. For this reason, the same dream, dreamt by different persons, points to different directions. The analyst may interprets it differently according to the dreamer’s life circumstances and stages of psychological development.
Most importantly, a dream indicates the hidden resources available to the dreamer in the form of intuitions and creative ideas that can lead to decision-making and problem solving with the potential of transforming their life.

Sandplay therapy is a nonverbal therapeutic technique that uses a sand tray and miniatures as communication tools. The client chooses from a large collection of miniatures and arranges them in the sandbox. The therapist observes without interruption, allowing the client to find answers by themselves. If necessary, the therapist guides the client to understand the connection between the imaginary world created in the sand tray and their own inner world. Sandplay therapy may consist of single or multiple sessions. Although especially well-suited for young children, who often cannot express their inner emotions in words, it is also very helpful for teens and adults. Dora Kalff developed the technique in the late 1950s based on her Jungian training and her own interpretation of the “World Technique” by pediatrician and child psychologist Margaret Lowenfeld.
